Now they are building a brand new plant in Suzhou .   Main Responsibilities: l          To establish, implement and follow up on an EHS program for a new coil coating facility. l          To work with a project team in creating specifications, in order to purchase equipment for one coil coating line, cut-to-length line and slitting line. l          To supervise the EHS department l          To establish a contractor safety program and ensure a safe construction project. l          To manage projects related to safety and health and to ensure, from their expertise, conformity with the legislation and the company standards. l          To conduct safety audits and maintain all required safety documentation   Requirement: l          Industrial Safety and Environmental Engineering background is important such that good understanding of various government and Alcoa requirements can be attained. l          Bachelor’s of Science in Industrial Safety or Environmental Engineering or Risk Management required. l          The ability to follow construction project and to respect the project schedule and budget is a necessity for this position. l          High experience with the creation of a contractor work safety program l          Manage the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and MS Project (optional). l          Feels comfortable in leading meetings for task groups and safety programs l          Have the ability to motivate employees and contractors to reach EHS objectives. l          Self directed and motivated to meet work requirements l          Good problem solving skills. l          Excellent English skills; capable of holding technical discussions in English l          Capable of travel outside China for short/medium period   联系方式：
