职位描述/要求：
Responsibility
The expert is part of the expert team forming a know how center with demonstrated track record and in depth knowledge regarding relevant Chinese laws, regulations, standards and best industry practices in one of the following areas: Environmental Protection, Industrial Hygiene or Production safety and dangerous chemicals handling
Screen Chinese HSE regulations, scan related websites to identify points of concern or critical issues of new regulations, discuss among the team members and communicate important issues to the BISS legal entities and business units.
Build up day to day contacts with appropriate level at SHA government and SCIP officials, institutes, experts and associations
Responsible to get all the applicable licenses and permits for the three legal entities concerning their area of expertise.
Define monitoring requirement matrix acc to Chinese laws and regulations taking into account Bayer internal standards and best industry practices.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or above in chemical engineering, industrial hygiene, environmental science or safety related disciplines
Minimum 3 years experience as HES engineer or regulatory affairs management in a chemical manufacturing environment with upstream oil & gas experience being a significant plus.
Excellent and demonstrated knowledge of Chinas legislation, regulations, standards, codes and practices about safe production and hazardous chemicals, environmental protection or industrial hygiene
Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English are required as the position holder interacts intensively with internal customers and government officials and authorities
Strong team player, actively supporting a highly integral and competent team
