Ikea Trading (North China) Qingdao Representative Office 公司行业： 贸易/进出口 耐用消费品（服装服饰/纺织/家具/家电） 零售/批发 其它 公司类型： 外商独资 公司规模： 100-499人 职位类别： 生产/加工/制造 环境科学/环保 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2006-12-18 工作经验： 不限 最低学历： 本科 职位月薪： 面议 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 管理经验： 是 职位描述/要求： The position is located in Qingdao, Shandong province   IKEA Trading in North China is looking for an QSE Manager who will guide and support an audit team (5-6 persons) which conducts Quality, Social & Environmental audits at IKEA suppliers to ensure that they comply with IKEAs requirements about Quality System (often referred to as “QWAY”) and Corporate Code of Conduct called IWAY.   IWAY includes: -  Environmental Improvements -  Workers Health, Safety & Social Conditions including issues such as  wages and working hours -  Forest Tracing Requirements   The task of QSE Manager is to make sure that the audit team is performing professional audits according to the IWAY & QWAY standard, and the IWAY & QWAY working method is followed:   - Implement the global IWAY & QWAY working method across the whole Trading Area in North China - Represent the Trading Area when IKEA discusses IWAY & QWAY internally - Inform and educate the business teams and suppliers about IWAY & QWAY requirements - Make sure the teams have the right support tools and clear process - Ensure calibrated competence level among the auditors - Set up efficient travel and audit schedule for the auditors   Qualifications: - Working experience from related areas - Lead auditor experiences & certificates of ISO/QS 9000, ISO14001, SA8000, OHSAS 18001 or similar - Experience in leading other people - Good communication skills - Fluent in English & Mandarin, both written & spoken - Relevant academic degree - Able to travel in and outside China   Further useful merits: - Production experience - Knowledge of Chinese environmental legislation - Knowledge of occupational health & safety issues - Overseas experience, work or study 联系方式： Please send your resume in English &Chinese and your copies of your relevant certificate to: IKEA TRADING NORTH CHINA QINGDAO REP.
