PST, internal and external audit 6.Take care of the fiscal, treasury issues and provide suggestion to business model to fit the business needs and comply the requirement of the local regulations. 7.To contribute effectively to the business, being a member of the Shanghai plant MT 8.Timely and accurate reporting incl analysis towards Operations Management, BL CFO, government and external and internal auditors. 9.Ensure that the F&A department operates and reports in compliance with the Philips Accounting Principles and the national and fiscal legislation. 10.Implement and maintain the business controls, especially the internal control and administrative organization 11.Drive the business planning process (budget and quarterly forecasts) 12.Advise management regarding target setting, investments, corrective actions and other financials 13.Drive cost management to ensure that the plant achieves it’s commitments towards businesses Your Profile: - Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications - 5~8 years proven track record in financial management gained in MNCs with at least 3 years in managerial position, must have some history of hands on factory accounting - Able to manage the F&A function to carry out Regional Financial Control, good man management skills - Solid knowledge of taxation, auditing and budgeting in the region - Willing to participate and contribute as a member of site management team (should be pro-active and interested in total business not just accounting ) - Able to support and advise plant general manger & BL CFO - should feel comfortable to raise issues/challenge etc with relevant issues - Strong personal skills to manage the smooth transition from Philips WOW to new company WOW - Fluent English in both written and oral   联系方式： How to apply: You are invited to submit your resume, giving details of qualifications, experience, current and expected salaries and contact telephone number on Philips Career Center :   Click here　 All applications will be treated in strict confidentiality and solely for recruitment purpose.
