Detailed job description is as follow: Title: Assistant Product Manager Report to: National Marketing Manager SBU: CPP - Shanghai, Pudong Key objective & responsibilities Assist National Marketing Manager in : *Updating Strategic Marketing Plan for Insecticides including:. - Formulation of marketing strategy in the segment - Setting up the business target with execution plan each year - Developing marketing program to support marketing strategy such as incentive program, branding promotion program - Product life-cycle management including new product development - Managing and tracking Market Communication program and budgets * Co-ordinating with sales team for the layout and implementation of TAP. * Working with Market Research/Market Communication Coordinators on implementation of MR/MC program. * Support the implementation of Insecticides strategy development, and negotiations with strategic local formulators and partners. * Work out the product development program with field development team. * Work with Supply Chain for inventory management Skill and knowledge required * 2 to 5 years working experience in the field of pesticide marketing, preferably insecticide. Previous MNC working experience is a plus. * Bachelors degree, preferably majoring in biology or agriculture or plant science or other related discipline.
