He or she will support process application sales through design and product engineering in line with business and engineering deliverables. The Project Developer will work with Equipment Sales group and Field Sales in developing projects, mainly from concept through to budgetary stage, but will stay involved in a project as it proceeds to piloting, firm quotation, creation and installation. Manage the collection of data necessary to create a conceptual Process Flow Diagram (PFD) Establish budgetary costs and pricing for conceptual PFD Screen projects for financial and technical feasibility Conduct preliminary Environmental Health & Safety and financial screens Conduct site surveys as required Prioritize projects in conjunction with Commercial Operations, and Sales Communicate with the Application and Development Engineers to ensure that all design criteria are addressed and met in final design Lead Process HAZOP reviews internally and externally Assist CommOps in managing project margins and margin expectations Assist in project installations and start-ups as needed Use DMAIC, DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) and DFR (Design for Reliability) methodology to prove and implement new or modified designs Support the Global Product Cost-Out effort & Global Product Management QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: Systems performance knowledge of all major water processes and related equipment including: -Water chemistry -Biological processes (primarily organic reduction) -Experience in performance monitoring techniques and requirements -Analytical procedures -Heavy metals removal processes/equipment/technology -Liquid/Solids Separation -Experience in water treatment equipment manufacturer -Clarification -Flotation -Solids Dewatering -Steam/Condensate Systems Capabilities include -Ability to work in high stress conditions -Flexible, motivated, and driven to improve -Communicates and networks well, internally and external to GE -Takes ownership and drives results -Knowledge of critical EHS issues including Discharge regulations Government reporting requirements Safe work environment issues such as confined space Hazardous material in workplace DESIRED: Masters level education in business or technical discipline 6 Sigma - Green Belt Certification or completion of GB training Working knowledge with Oracle, SAP, MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point Experience in product design and/or Membrane based Water Treatment Equipment is a plus Working knowledge of change control, PSM/MoC Process is a plus Commercial or sales experience. 联系方式：
