B.S. degree in mechanical engineering 2. Minimum 5 years field work experience on supervising chemical facility insulation installation. 3. Experience on directly supervising construction workers is a plus.  4. Must have good organization skill.  5. Able to organize, control a group of 50 workers to finish the insulation installation work safely, efficiently and with good quality.  6. Able to provide technical guidance and critics to workers. 7.
