职位描述/要求：
Qualification
Education: Bachelor Degree or above in Chemistry or other discipline
Professional Experience: Min. 5 years process experiences in chemical manufacturing company, good command of relevant chemical process knowledge
Language Abilities: Fluent in written and Oral English.
Required Competencies: Professional: Quality Orientation, Analytical Thinking/Decision Making, Creativity/Continuous Improvement
Responsibility
1. Process management
· Conduct technical training/ workshop to production team
· Monitor the production process and quality control standards
· Study production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to analyze causes of nonconformity with product specification, and operating or production problems.
· Design operating methods and procedures to overcome operating problems and improve product quality.
· Report to supervisor any major problems and suggest conrrective action/modificaitons taken.
2. Process melioration and renovation
· Assist the supervisor to make process melioration or renovation after economy and risk estimation, and consider the reasonable use of modern technology at the same time.
· Execute after approval
3. Safety, health & environment
· Implement the safety and environment protection policies and procedures of the plant
· Assist in development of safety, health, environment protection standards of the plant.
4. Quality management
· Ensurein the objectives and operating procedure of QM system being implemented in the whole process management.
5. Documentation
· Consolidate and compile operation manual, PID
· Update technical paper in time.
6. People management
· Assist the supervisor in training new operators.
