Build, manage and lead the Sales & Marketing Operation in China 2. Recruit staff for the Sales & Marketing function 3. Coaching and training of sales people 4. Actively work with increasing sales within present segments as well as develop sales within new segments 5. Work with competence development of the sales-force and with building strong sales teams, who are dedicated to selling. 6. Develop, implement and follow up the strategic marketing and sales plan for Mainland China. 7. Develop, implement and follow up the budget for China Sales 8. Work intimately together with the production units in China. Feed the production units with information from the market in order for them to plan production accordingly. 9. Work intimately together with production and engineering in relation to sales and bidding. 10. Work intimately together with the Research and development department, feeding them with information about what the Chinese customers want. 11. Together with the European head office manage the global accounts 12. Handle key customer relations 13. Together with the service department build a service concept for China Market. 14. Ensure that the staff are acting in accordance with Chinese Laws and regulations. 15. Ensure that company regulations are followed among the staff in the department. Requirements 1. University degree preferably in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or Sales and Marketing 2. Ability to build, develop and manage the Sales & Marketing department 3. Already existing relations among Engineering and Construction Industry 4. Extensive Experience of sales management in China 5. Extensive Experience of industrial sales and key account management 6. Ability to motivate and develop staff 7. Good Communications skills 8. Good presentation skills 9. Good command of written and spoken English 10. Honest and responsible 11. Fluent in Pu tong hua (others dialects considered an asset) 12. Experience of working in a foreign company environment 13. Customer oriented and flexible 14.
