上海奥斯本畜牧技术有限公司 公司行业： 农/林/牧/渔 加工制造 贸易/进出口 公司类型： 外商独资 公司规模： 20人以下 职位类别： 农/林/牧/渔业 生产/加工/制造 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2007-01-25 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 本科 职位月薪： 面议 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 管理经验： 否 职位描述/要求： Duties and Responsibilities: 1. TELEPHONE TECHNICAL SUPPORT a) Assists with telephone and on-line customer support for FIRE products. b) Advises customers in proper use and operation of FIRE products. c) Provides knowledgeable on-line trouble-shooting when needed. 2. FIRE INVENTORY a) Assists with maintenance of proper inventory records for products. b) Assists as requested with maintenance of adequate stocking levels of all FIRE products and components. 3. ON-SITE INSTALLATION AND SERVICE a) Leads the installation, commissioning, and problem resolution for new and existing FIRE equipment on customer farms and provides training of personnel, customers and animals in the use of FIRE equipment. b) Travels to installation sites for the physical installation of equipment. This travel and site installation work may, from time to time, include the need for weekend travel and on-site work to assure the timely completion of installations or service. c) Demonstrates proficiency in the efficient and safe use of FIRE equipment and installation tools, including portable power tools and hand tools. d) Assists dealers and contractors in learning all aspects of the proper commissioning of FIRE systems. e) Connects all electronic components of each system, tests operation of all components, calibrates all measuring components during initial start-up and trains customers in the proper protocol for all operations, especially animal training as needed. f) Trains customers or system operators in all aspects of the system, system operation, and system software. g) Represents the company in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner at all times and uses only the best human relations and customer service skills to build rapport between the customer and the Company. h) Is responsible for accurate accounting of all service activities and materials delivered to the customer by fully completing the Technical Service Report. i) Efficiently uses and maintains all Company resources put at his disposal including his own consulting and travel time. j) Prevents waste of resources by completing functions of the job efficiently and avoiding unnecessary expense to the customer or the Company. k) Travels as directed and as necessary to perform job functions. l) Accurately reports and documents all expenses, using the Travel Expense Report, to the satisfaction of the Accounts Payable Department for reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses. m) Strives to keep travel expenses as low as possible consistent with safe and comfortable traveling accommodations. n) Maintains a valid personal driver’s license and minimum vehicle liability insurance coverage consistent with Company requirements. o) Obtains a valid personal passport for international travel. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science or Agriculture Engineering or a related field of study with demonstrated practical knowledge of livestock production. 2. Associate’s degree in Animal Science or Agriculture Engineering or a related field of study with at least 3 years of practical livestock production experience. 3. Acceptable equivalent combination of education, training and at least 5 years of livestock production experience. 4. Able to lift 15 -35 pounds continuously. 5. Able to lift 36-50 pounds frequently. 6. Able to push, manipulate and move 100+ pound equipment with assistance. 7. Ability to constantly move, kneel, stoop, bend, squat and stand. 8. Capacity to tolerate working, walking and standing on concrete and uneven soil surfaces with frequency. 9. Capacity to work in animal environment with exposure to same. 10. Good eye – hand coordination. 11. Above average verbal and written communication skills. 联系方式： 我们将为您提供具有竞争性的薪资和丰厚的奖金、出差补贴及产品培训。请发送您的求职申请及个人简历到以下电邮地址:myang@osborne-ind.com。如需进一步了解详情，请登陆公司网站：www.osborne-ind.com
