职位描述/要求：
Objective:
Responsible for growing the Polymer Processing Group into a key technical and research resource for company.
Responsibility:
- Working co-operatively with other polymer engineers and technicians, is in charge of all the polymer processing equipments. Be familiar with all the equipments in the principle, the structure, the control system, the operation, the hazard. Operates each equipments in the polymer processing laboratory skillfully to meet the need of customers. Keeps all equipments and accessories in good condition, so that they can provide immediate services as needed.
- Conducts research and development on polymer processing, thereby building technical depth in the polymer area. Provides personal technical input to the projects. Employs strong scientific methodology in conducting projects.
- Integrates scientific knowledge of polymers (structure, chemistry, and properties) with knowledge of equipment and process to develop deeper understanding of polymer behavior during processing. Integrates the scientific tools to reduce development time and to explore process/materials combinations. May eventually lead to new process development, including customization of hardware.
- Is personally customer focused and builds customer focused culture into the polymer processing group. Provides technical training to customers.
Requirement:
- Master degree or above, major in Polymer Material and Engineering Program or Material Processing Engineering;
- Can operate Extruders, Presses, Ovens, Liquid Injection Molding Systems, etc;
- Fluent in both verbal and written English.
