职位描述/要求：
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist CRDC EHS Manager to develop and maintain a comprehensive site EHS Management system according to relevant China EHS regulations and Rohm and Haas EHS standards.
Main Duties
1. Participate in EHS reviews (and JSA’s) of each lab/ department as required. Coordinate the follow up of action points.
2. Coordinate, prepare and provide EHS training (annual plan).
3. EHS orientation training to new hires at Zhangjiang.
4. Active member of the site EHS Committee with specific responsibilities as determined by the committee.
5. Participate in audits of the site’s procedures and systems against local regulations and corporate standards. Includes audits of site system for waste collection, labeling, storage, treatment, testing, disposal.
6. Entering waste and incident data into the SAP system on a timely basis, and accurate data entry into SAP
7. Maintain the site emergency response plan, documents, equipment. Conduct drills and training.
8. Coordinate vendors for EHS supplies and services.
9. Coordinate the China travel safety program (includes hotel safety and transportation safety).
10. Coordinate housekeeping inspections and corrective actions.
Education, Qualification and Special Training:
- College degree or higher in chemistry, environmental science or other related fields.
Knowledge and Skills:
-Fluent in Chinese and English in both verbal and written forms;
-Good communication skills;
-Good computer skills.
Working Experience:
At least 2 years work experience (EHS related experience preferred) in a multinational/chemical company.
