嘉吉投资(中国)有限公司 公司行业： 农/林/牧/渔 贸易/进出口 公司类型： 外商独资 公司规模： 100-499人 职位类别： 农/林/牧/渔业 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2007-02-16 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 职位月薪： 面议 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 管理经验： 否 职位描述/要求： Position: China Merchandising Manager   BU/Dept: Cargill Sweetness Solutions (CSS)   Location: Shanghai or Beijing   Qualifications:   1.University degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Culture or closely related field is required. 2.At least 5 years experience in merchandising, preferably in the area of crop origination. 3.Strong oral, communication, and persuasion skills, with proven negotiation expertise. 4.Chinese citizen (Chinese and English fluency) 5.Chinese and English fluency with the ability to converse easily with local Chinese farmers and primary processors. 6.Willing to travel 50% of time within China to growing and processing locations.   Position Key Responsibilities:   1.Responsibility for the origination, field production and delivery of raw material to processing facilities. 2.Responsibility in area of field production shall include contracting with the farmer, monitoring the crop for disease/pest/agronomic problems, working with the farmer on inputs and cropping practices to improve yield and quality of the crop, ensuring harvest and post harvest care of the crop as well as timely delivery to the processing plant. 3.Responsibilities to keep seasonal growing records and make necessary recommendations/adjustments to agricultural practices. 4.Responsibility to know crop conditions at harvest and improve or implement programs to allow for efficient processing of that crop. 5.Responsibility to work with crop breeding programs and farmers to increase the growing area for the desired crop and expansion of the desired crop into new geographic regions. 6.Responsibilities to work with government officials (State and local) to ensure all official requirements for crop culture are being met. 7.Responsibility to work with and support established University programs for crop improvement.   联系方式：
