职位描述/要求：
Key Responsibilities
To research into legal requirements and policies related to foreign investment projects in China;
To draft and assemble paperwork to get government approvals and registrations for foreign investment projects in China;
To communicate with client contacts at all levels and provide versatile support on demand;
To liaise and work with government departments for guidance and support in implementation of client projects;
To do promotional research and build knowledge base regarding foreign investment in China;
To organize, maintain, and manage corporate records and files; and
To translate legal and commercial documents into and from English.
Main Requirements
fourth year full-time student in a Shanghai-based university, majoring in law, accounting, English language or related discipline;
able to work from Monday to Friday;
hardworking, detail-minded and get-things-done style;
strong analytical skills;
nice personality, good manners and excellent communication skills;
fluency in English (CET-6 or equivalent), mandarin Chinese and Shanghai dialect;
previous internship experience in law firms, accounting firms, foreign invested enterprises preferred;
computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint);
aged under 22.
