职位描述/要求：
Location: Shanghai Jinqiao 地点：上海金桥出口加工区
Main Responsibilities:
· Manage spray elastomers systems development and technical service efficiently, effectively and safely · Implement spray elastomers - including Baytec , Multitec and Baypreg strategies in technical assistance aspect in co-operation with the related marketing and production group · Technical support to sustain spray elastomers systems . · Keep business through technical support and technical development under co-operation with related market groups · Propose ,establish and co-ordinate spray elastomers projects · Develop PRDC spray elastomers technical capability and lab analysis capability to become core-competency centre · Develop value-added products/technology for high potential spray elastomers business · Establish and realization of new business under co-operation with the related marketing and group · Monitor the new tendency and development in the spray elastomers industry fields.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor, better Master degree of Science above in polymer/organic Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science or related professions · Polymer composite background is advantage · Basic knowledge of polyurethane in elastomers and PUR composite · Good managerial and communication skills · Ability to work effectively in teams, diverse groups and other cultures · Be able to travel within short notice
