职位描述/要求：
Dept: R&D Direct Supervisor: Lab Manager
Responsibilities: - As an interface between the R&D labs & the industrial team, for the PA&PC lab , he is responsible for the implementation of new products from lab to industrial scale and supports any process improvements : o Supervise and realize the required process and scale up studies Understand the link between the process and the product (characteristics and performances). o Be the productions lab contact for process safety analysis o Ensure the follow up of industrial trials and verifies the achievement of the technical target . o Provide process support to the production team o Become the PA&PC lab process guarantor
- As an interface with the Saint Fons team for technology transfer, he will be in charge of the transfer implementation on site in terms of production process and quality insurance in the respect of the HSE rules.
Requirements: - Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical engineering - Lab testing skills, communication skill, good English/computer/engineering skill - Min. 3 years experience in Chemistry/Polymer Industry, with min. 1 years field experience in process support. - Follow instructions closely, strictly and correctly. - Familiarity with major processes and equipments in Chemical industry - Good communication skill with production team Team work spirit, Organizing and planning, Problem solving
