职位描述/要求：
Job Description:
1. Must be able to work with colleagues for preparing a timely fashionable proposal; 2. Check and analysis subcontractors quotation and prepare an accurate estimate for each discipline of a potential opportunity under supervision of CDM, such as piling, civil, mechanical and E&I, based on subcontractor’s quotation. 3. Negotiate with the subcontractors and manage subcontractors; 4. Manage time effectively to complete all necessary tasks to meet schedules imposed by CDM; 5. Professionally manage all the subcontract documents. 6. Keep confidential of all the commercial and technical information and sign the confidential agreement with CBI as detailed by HR Department.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years relevant as a cost engineer working experience with international contractors in oil and gas industry. 2. Good knowledge of Mechanical discipline and some of civil and E&I will be prefer 3. Familiar with contract Terms & Conditions 4. Positive, self-motivated, hard working, able to work under high pressure and willing to take responsibilities, 5. Good communication skill with open minded and strong team player, 6. Excellent computer skills especially in MS Excel; 7. Good command of both written and spoken English ;
