Understands and implements the prescribed EHS policies, procedures and standards of local government and parent company in US. 2. Develop EHS procedures and manuals, assists the EHS manager to establish and develop organization’s environmental management system in all Cooper Asian facilities. 3. EHS due diligence, site assessment and assist in site investigation and remediation; 4. Overall investigation of EHS incidents, to minimize recurrence, and the environment tests with regard to air, water, noise, soil, etc 5. Leads or coordinates environmental training to educate all employees about environmental policies, laws and practices. 6. Tours organization/plant to inspect environmental protection equipment, to identify and correct environmental potential hazards, and to ensure the compliance with pertinent environmental rules and regulations. 7. Provide the strong support for all Cooper Asian locations in implementing EHS program. 8. Prepares for the required certification audit and regular inspection made by relevant local government (if necessary). 9. Confers with government, community, industrial, civil defense, and private organizations to interpret and promote environmental programs. 10. Environmental Impact Assessment. Minimum Requirements: Education Level:Bachelor Major/ Specialty:Environmental, Chemical engineering or related. General experience: 1. At least 3 years industry experience in Manufacturing or related, the experience in MNC is a plus. 2. Familiar with ISO 14001 environmental management system. 3. Good audit and training competence, good interpersonal skill, and good team spirit. 4. Good oral and written English abilities and computer skills. 5.
