Description: The site HS&E Specialist will assist HS&E manager to maintain health, safety and environmental programs to assure compliance with Honeywell and regulatory requirements at the Zhang Jiang site. The position will closely work with mannager on day-today base, support and coordindate in projects involving new procedures, processes and facility design to assure consideration is provided for health, safety, environmental, loss prevention and product stewardship concerns. Responsibilities: - Provide general administration assistant and support to HSE Manager for the sites HS&E programs. - Coordinate with employees, consultants, contractors and local officials to ensure appropriate procedures and permits are in place and current. - As focal point to work with businesses to ensure appropriate identification of HS&E risks, follow up the action items of all projects. These include working with hazardous chemicals, hazardous waste, pressure testing, extrusion equipment, engine test cells, etc. - Set up and organize HS&E training to ensure employees develop the necessary HS&E skills and knowledge to meet Honeywell and regulatory requirements. - Record incident/near-miss investigation, and track HS&E corrective actions and responsible  individual. - Participate in safety improvement programs and corrective actions, environmental protection projects and conservation activities. Qualifications/Skills Required : - Ability to communicate well in English and Mandarin, verbally and in written form. - 2-3 years working experience in HS&E or related field in Multi-National Companies. - Minimum college gradute in engineering, physics, chemistry, biochemistry - Knowledgeable about health, safety and environmental regulations in China is required. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required. 联系方式：
