1. Steam Turbines - Ability to perform specific assigned field installations, maintenance and troubleshooting at customer sites pertaining to Steam Turbine Mechanical Systems.
   

Industry Experience

• Plan, organize and perform field assignments in designated areas of expertise, directing the work of other field engineers and craft Labour as required, in a timely and efficient manner.
  
• Develop and further expand technical knowledge and expertise, currently recognized industry standards for engineering ability.
  
• Perform administrative tasks; such as writing technical reports, preparing job status reports, reports to customers, time sheet, and expense sheets on a complete timely, and thorough basis.
  
• Maintain knowledge of the report system to the extent required for timely and accurate input of field information necessary.
  
• Be knowledgeable of, and conduct work activities in compliance with the EHS policies.
  
• Exercise good judgment in controlling costs and expenditures of Company funds.
  
• Protect the Company's capital investments by properly safeguarding and maintaining that equipment for which responsible.
  
• Make contributions to the continued development and refinement of I&FS Engineering Standards and Procedures as they apply to designated specialty and to conduct work efforts in accordance thereof.
  
• Develop knowledge of EHS Terms and Conditions and those of customers and subcontractors, and perform activities so as to minimize risk and assure compliance.
  
• Strive to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction in all transactions and relationships.
  
• High mobility, willingness to adapt and accept changing environment.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Graduates/Tertiary Education or Technical High School Diploma with solid technical competencies.(Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Control Engineering).
  
• Minimum of two years experience on relevant discipline.
  
• Fluency in English (spoken/written) as a first or second language.
  
• Excellent Communication Skills.
  
• Strong PC Skills.
  
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with minimum supervision.
  
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
  
• Customer service oriented, ability to travel.

Desired: (discipline specific)

• Familiarity with GE Gas/Steam Turbines (Heavy/Aero), Generators, Speedtronic/Woodward controls and accessories.
  
• Field engineering experience.
  
• HMI programming skills (Controls: Simplicity, Citect, etc.)
  
• Demonstrated ability to meet goals and measurements.
  
• Multi-language ability.
