职位描述/要求：
Position: HR Management Trainee-Greater China/ Korea
BU/Dept: GOSC
Location: Shanghai
Principle Accountabilities:
·Excellent execution: serve as a key role to drive for the excellent execution of HR plan.
·Management reporting: responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of key HR information across the BU. Identify and highlight key areas for management attention and focus.
·Advisory services; provide advisory services to managers and employees of external employment environment, regulations, market trend and internal employment policies, practices.
·HR Services: Ensure effective and efficient delivery of HR services, including: total compensation, staffing, training & development, workforce planning, performance and employees engagement together with BU HR team, Shared services and OE/L&D.
·Resource utilization: consolidate and make corporate resources available, accessible, aware by managers, employees, HR team members as appropriate.
·Assist BU HR manager in various initiatives as driven by business and organization needs including HR meeting, management meeting as per request.
Knowledge and skill requirements:
·University graduate from HR, Law, Business Management (preferably)
·Passion to learn & grow with the organization by on job practice.
·Good communication skill and interpersonal relationship.
·Team-oriented thinking and action.
·Initiative, result oriented, and accountable.
·Fluent in both Mandarin & English; written and verbal
·Willingness to travel frequently.
·Mobile & flexible
·Solid Microsoft Office Skill
