职位描述/要求：
Responsibility:
1. Managing the project toward its goals in terms of scope, time, costs, and quality. This includes monitoring and controlling project progress and deliveries, proactively manage risks, and focusing on the needs and prioritizations of the customer and other important project stakeholders. This also includes financial control and change control.
2. The project manager is a manager appointed to lead a temporary organization, with specific objectives, for a limited period of time.
Requirements:
1. BS or MS degree in Computer science or Telecommunication.
2. 1-2 years design experience within SW development.
3. Must have led a team of 5-10 peoples for at least 1 year. 1-2 years of project management is preferred.
4. Good English communication skills (both written and verbal) as well as general communication and presentation skills. Being able to express own thinking clearly, as well as handle “basic negotiations” between stakeholders in English.
All communication will be in English (in mails, as well as in the frequent international phone meetings).
5. Leadership skills to coach and support teams and individuals.
6. Project Management skills and experiences related to PM methods, techniques and tools, such as project planning and financial control.
7. Administrative and organizational skills to ensure that the project is completed successfully on time. The ability to handle many tasks simultaneously and an understanding of task dependencies are required.
8. Individual characteristics: Goal focused and driving, Independent, Self-confident and self motivated, Solution oriented, Assertive and decisive, socially skilled with the ability to work in a team, Self-aware, Calm and can handle pressure, being structured. Flexible and having a positive attitude to change. Quick Learner.
9. Understanding and experience of cultural differences and the ability to handle coordination in an international environment are a benefit.
