职位描述/要求：
Working Location: Shanghai
Academic Requirement: Master Degree or above
Working Experience Requirement: 2 years working experiences is preferred
Language Skills: Good command of English in oral and written
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and development in the area of HCI (Human-Computer Interaction) & Human factors research
- Focus on 3D-based Interaction Research and Development
- Focus on User Centered Design
- Focuses on full lifecycle software research and development
Qualification and Competencies:
- Master Degree or above in CS, SE or equivalent
- Strong C and C++ programming skill
- Solid background on Computer Graphics
- Experience in Direct3D or OpenGL, C# and XML is preferred Solid background in software design and development;
- Experience of Human computer research
- Experience of 2D User interface design and 3D user interface design is preferred
- Knowledge and experience of software engineering; Experience in XP is preferred
- Knowledge and experience of Building Automation domain is a plus
- At least 3 years software development experiences;
- Good communication skills with fluency in written and oral English
