职位描述/要求：
Working Location: Shanghai
Academic Requirement: Master Degree or above
Working Experience Requirement: 1 year's working experiences or internship
Language Skills: Good command of English in oral and written
Key Responsibilities:
- Human factors research such as Task Analysis, Workflow Analysis, User Studies, and Experimental Studies, etc for Honeywell products and services.
- User Interface Design and Prototyping, User Center Design, Usability Study and Analysis
- Specification and Report Documentation
Qualification and Competencies:
- Demonstrated experience in User Interface Design and Prototyping using PPT, visio, dreamweaver, graphic design tools, programming tools, etc.
- Familiarity with user research methods such as structured observation, interviews and focus groups, experimental studies, etc
- Solid research background
- Knowledge and experience of building automation control, 3D research and development, or process control, etc is a plus
- Design of experiment and data analysis (e.g., descriptive statistic analysis, ANOVA) is a plus
- Research experience in HCI (human-computer or human machine interface）is a plus
- Excellent work attitude and team work spirit
- Good communication skills with fluency in written and oral English
Education
- Masters or PhD in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Sociology, Computer Science with a Human Factors (Usability) emphasis
- Welcome students who own two degrees of above majors
