1. Manage and implement all relevant projects assigned by the Department head from the yearly Technical Department Objective in accordance with ICI SHE and Product Stewardship requirements.
   
2. To establish & manage work teams' objectives, review team plans and report development progress.
   
3. Work with Marketing, Supply Chain for new product development as an effective support to the initiatives involving
4. Development Department.
   
5. To liaise with the appropriate Government Bureau and authorities for information & to ensure all ICI Paints products are certified under the appropriate standards eg GB Enterprise to allow their sale and distribution in China.
   
6. Manage and implement all relevant projects assigned by the Department head from the yearly Technical Department Objective in accordance with ICI SHE and Product Stewardship requirements.
   
7. Support development team for new product launch in terms of color development

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Chemistry or Applied Chemistry.
   
2. Strong technical background in chemistry, with at least 3 years practical technical experience as Chemist in product
3. formulation, development and colour related work or industry, at least 1 year management experience as a team leader.
   
4. The leadership, good communication skill and teamwork spirit.'
   
5. SHE, ISO9001, ISO14000 and OHSAS18000 concept training.
