Our client’s Asia Pacific Headquarter is in Shanghai. There are 11 invested entities in Shenyang; Tianjin; Shanghai; Nanjing; Nantong; Suzhou; Xiamen and Shenzhen with headcount of 7000 employees.

 

The Situation

 

With business expansion in China, it’s important to find a National Training Manager to strengthen the Human Resources function to meet the business needs.

 

The Job Responsibility

 

The candidate will report to Asia HR Director directly, the candidate’s responsibilities are as follows:

 

Mission:

 

1、Plan, design, develop, and implement training & development programs as related to current practices, legislation, employee surveys, and fulfillment of organizational needs to support the company's goals, objectives, and philosophy;

2、Prepare recommendations regarding programs, consultants, operational processes, and consult with Country departments regarding needs, collect data, and identify needs.


3、Prepare requests for proposals, interview and select consultants; manage workflow, set expectations and priorities, and monitor outcomes;
4、Negotiate contracts.
5、Support the efforts of the training/development staff and consultants;
6、Manage and participate in the development of classes,    handbooks, manuals, course outlines, and other material;
7、Approve class design and material.
8、Other assignment as required.

Education and Experience:

 

1、Bachelor degree or above.
2、8+ years related experience in Training & Development, including 3  years of supervisory responsibility in a multinational company.
3、Good presentation skill and teaching ability.
4、Proficient oral and written English skill.
5、Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skill.
6、Pleasant personality, organizing ability and teamwork spirits.
