The Job Responsibility
The candidate will report to Asia HR Director, the candidate’s responsibilities are as follows:
1. Develop and manage C&B system, policies and procedures in
2. .Conduct annual C&B survey and result analysis.
3. .Advise management on related C&B programs to meet different requirements.
4. .Supervise all subsidiaries C&B policy and implementation.
5. .Prepare the annual performance bonus and salary review plan.
Education and Experience:
1、University graduated or above.
2、8+ years C&B experience with minimum of three years at manager level in MNCs.
3、Very good at analysis and evaluation.
4.、Fluent English and Chinese of verbal and writing.
5、A good command of computer skills.
