RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take part in work directed towards long-term evolution of the power solutions for telecom and data-com applications
- Contribute with technical proposals/solutions in early phases of new development projects within field of on-board power solutions and more complete power solutions for telecom and data-com applications.
- Propose, participate in, or drive technology pre-development projects or studies. This includes active participation in research and standardization projects.
- Initiate and participate in strategy studies.
- Independently and continuously gather information and knowledge within the competence area.
- Continuously support competence development for electrical designer engineer in the company within the power design field.
- Continuously support and suggest, improvement work for the already existing power products
- Support and coordinate future investment on within design processes, to achieve higher efficiency of work development output.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree or above, technical education is required .
- Minimum 5 years working experience in an international work environment.
- Experienced in power product design and power building practice within telecom and data-com applications.
- Good knowledge of power requirement within telecom and data-com applications.
- Strong analytic capacity regarding new product implementation proposals, product improvement within product maintenance form customer aspects.
- Good ability to teach and instruct other people.
- Have ability to build up circle of contacts.
- Documented experience in trouble shooting.
- Fluent in English speaking and writing.
