Extensive analytical and instrument troubleshooting experience in GC,GC/MS,ICP,AA, and classical chemistry. Familiar with bioassay and microbiology methods. Thorough knowledge and understanding of data validation and QA/QC. Effective written and oral communication skills for interfacing with subordinate. Development and implementation of department’s business plan. Sttrong organizational skills.   Primary Objectives and Goals (what is to be done): Improvement in production volume and product quality, Assure a clean and safe working environment. Organization, staffing, control, and direction of laboratory operations. Operate within budget.   Responsibilities an duties (Specific Objectives): 。Setup, maintain, and operate instruments and analyses. 。Assure implementation of regulatory affair—health & safety, QA/QC, Hazwaste Management 。Assure effective utilization of human resources, equipment and supplies, and facilities. 。Communicate vision, implement company policies, and promote company goals and objectives 。Technical resource for laboratory and clients. 。Sales and marketing support.   Authority: 。Organize laboratory operations to meet corporate objectives 。Does not have the authority to change policy or commit company financial or legal resource beyond budget without prior written approval by a company officer.   Accountability: 。Quality of work (meet QA/QC criteria set by QA/QC officer and regulating agencies) 。Cost control (55% gross margin) 。Compliance with regulatory affaires (employee safety training, and Hazwaste management) 。Improvement in laboratory capabilities (increase in capacity, type and fields of certification) 。Compliance with company policies and procedure. 联系方式：
