职位描述/要求：
Key Responsibilities
· Develops annual marketing plan using input from mentioned Teams to identify and develop specific marketing tactics to deliver annual growth objectives. Plans should include focus on the continued growth of the core business, new product launch plans, competitive response plans, and new channel penetration plans, and demand creation plan.
· Responsible for the local implementation of NPL for the respective vertical market. Specific responsibilities are:
· Commercialization process champion
· Develop marketing programs and sales tools to support the revenue objective in the respective vertical markets.
· Demand creation\promotion strategy
· Competitive intelligences
· Working with sales managers on Channel management and final pricing strategy
Education and experience
· BS or BA degree (science and technology);
· MS, MBA, or MA, in marketing, business management preferred
· Five or more years progressive experience as a marketing professional with vertical market responsibility/alignment
· Prefer related experience (two years or more)
· Some knowledge of chemistry and other specialties related to the water analysis industry helpful but not required
· Experience in successful commercial launch of new products
· Experience in market segmentation techniques, market research and analysis tools
· Experience in development of and use of demand creation and promotional tools and strategies

- Needs good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
