职位描述/要求：
our company sourcing office is established from 2003 with headquarters based in Shanghai with branch offices in other China regions – Beijing, Shenzhen. Due to our aggressive growth and expansion, we are looking for MANAGEMENT TRAINEES to grow with our company, with a team of young and dynamic people to challenge the future in China retails market. our company shall provide tailor-made intensive Management Trainee Program (MTP) for a period of 6 months for qualified candidates. Management Trainees’ requirements are as follow:
Requirements :
- University Graduate preferably in Business Studies, other disciplines will also be considered.
- 1-3 years work experience, however, Retail Operations, Sourcing, Logistics knowledge a plus but not mandatory.
- Creative, innovative with potential to be future leadership under multinational setting.
- Smart, quick learner, adaptable under fast pace of business environment
- English proficient, verbal and spoken, able to communicate with people from different culture.
- English standard at least CET-4 or above.
