职位描述/要求：
JOB DUTIES: This is an entry-level position in Scheduling and/or Orders Administration and initially must
work under close supervision with details of their work reviewed by Supervisor or an experienced analyst.
As Schedule Analyst gains experience and confidence and develops the appropriate business contacts,
the incumbent is accountable for establishment and maintenance of prime product and attachment
schedules for an assigned plant or group of products.
In performing assigned responsibility, incumbent must demonstrate personal integrity, judgment, initiative,
results orientation and effective communication. In addition, supervisory and managerial level personnel
of the department must be convinced the employee has the ability to develop and use these and other
qualities to perform broader and more demanding responsibilities.
Scheduling/Orders Administration areas are responsible for providing product availability by developing
and issuing production schedules for prime movers, related products and attachments. Such schedules
are based on the analysis of factors, such as forecasted user and dealer demand, sales programs, plant
capacity, sales history, dealer and factory inventory, plant efficiency, employment, overtime, profitability,
etc. As experience is gained, incumbent should more thoroughly understand these factors and be able to
relate them to assigned activities and complete special projects associated with these factors.
Develops the daily build and schedules dealer orders against the build schedule to satisfy customer
availability requirements and provide a build sequence that enables efficiency in manufacturing and
assembly processes.
Obtains and evaluates information about attachments such as historical sales rates, inventory levels,
standard costs, engineering releases and/or change dates, lead times, interchangeability and other
factors affecting current or future schedules. Regularly reviews and maintains attachment data and, as
gains experience, more independently develops attachment schedules. Also assigned special projects
related to Scheduling and/or prime product orders which require work with marketing, manufacturing,
accounting and business personnel.
Incumbent (1) analyzes elements of attachments on assigned products and establishes attachment
schedules; (2) prepares weekly and monthly reports regarding current positions and trends of factory
attachment production, shipments and inventory; (3) completes special projects; (4) develops and
maintains prime product daily build schedules; (5) maintains prime product order system; (6) coordinates
prime product reconfiguration decisions. Incumbent is responsible for achieving specific plant prime
product and attachment scheduling objectives. Requires a thorough understanding of the total orders
process.
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE: Requires a college degree or equivalent experience in
business administration, economics, statistics, accounting, marketing, etc.
