Duties & responsibilities:
§ Schedule meetings & appointments and organization of various meetings and ensure they are properly co-coordinated
§ Attend meetings, co-ordinate agenda and take minutes
§ Manage travel logistics such as flights, hotels, transfers, visa, etc; putting up agenda once the travel logistics is finalized
§ Handle external parties with good manner either in personal or through telephone
§ Handle all incoming correspondence confidently and ensure information is cascaded to supervisor and key personnel when necessary, especially when supervisor is absent from office
§ Prepare presentation materials, typing of document and correspondence
§ Compiling of management reports and ensure accurate and timely submission of information
§ Translation and interpretation
§ Provide assistance to other staff in Legal & Corporate Affairs Department, communicate concisely with colleagues on any requirements and needs
Job knowledge/skill:
§ Bachelor degree or above, majority in business, commercial or English language is preferred
§ Minimum 4 years’ working experiences to senior manager in International Professional Accounting or Law firm
§ Excellent communication skills with excellent oral & written English and experienced in written & oral translation, TEM-8 & Senior Oral Interpretation certificate holder is preferred
§ Proficient in MS Office, especially excellent skill in PowerPoint, Excel & Word
§ Be able to work under pressure and willing to travel
