• Develop Tellabs 7100 DWDM Element Management System (EMS) applications with responsibility for technical co-ordination between China (Shanghai) development center and U.S. technical leads to ensure consistent implementations and problem resolutions.
  
• As the lead technical staff member, the Senior Architect serves as a technical consultant to software developers, performs critical design and code reviews, and oversees architectural decisions.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in English.
  
• A minimum of 10 years software development experience in software design with 5 or more years developing management systems for telecom or datacom products.
  
• Additionally, candidates should have experience or knowledge in several of the following areas: TMF 814, TMF 857, PL/SQL, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web Services standards and specifications( including SOAP, UDDI, and WSDL), networking protocols (TCP/IP), security protocols (SSL, IPSec), CORBA, distributed architectures, multi-threaded programming, Windows and UNIX operating systems.
  
• Education: BSEE/BSCS or equivalent experience required.
