The firm has a strong presence in Greater China through regional offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai.
With its China practice expanding, the firm is looking for an Employment Lawyer to join its Shanghai team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and review employment contracts and employment handbooks across multiple jurisdictions
  
• Develop specific compliance related strategies on a country by country basis
  
• Provide legal advice on the entire range of employment law issues
  
• Deliver presentations and be involved in business development

REQUIREMENTS

• Work experience in PRC employment law - the more PRC employment experience the better
  
• PRC qualified lawyer - required
  
• HK/UK/Australia qualified lawyer - a plus
  
• Good business sense and able to deliver presentations - essential
  
• Fluency in writing, reading and speaking in English and Mandarin
  
• Self motivated, hard working and accustomed to team work
