    o All brands and trademarks associated with DeWALT and Black & Decker companies
· Fake Product investigations
    o "Look Alike" & "Counterfeit"
    o Product analysis & reporting
· Development of additional product/distribution information required for filing with custom authorities.
· Investigation of Product Patent & Design Registration Violations
· Recordation and categorisation of all Asia investigations
· Update of Product case files and status
    o Creation and update of live database for easy case investigation & audit
· Monthly management updates
· Involvement in PTC investigations
· Preparation for ROUSE meetings and investigations
· Major European/MEA cases originating from the Asia Region
· Preventative measures design to frustrate and deter counterfeit activity against the companies brands and products
    o PAC System
    o Design Registration
    o IP Registration
    o Customs Recordation
    o ATC Relationship Building Qualifications: · Degree in Eng/Quality or similar technical scope Skills: · Clear and Concise Communication
· Good Coordination & Facilitation
· Ability & willingness to learn new skills & techniques
· Motivated and keen to make a difference
· Positive and open attitude
· Awareness of local laws covering intellectual property/patents
· Product knowledge (of power tools) is a plus Key Relationships: · Asia Tech Manager
