• To set budget and forecast for special fluids
• To expand niche market in silicon sealants, metal working fluids esp on EDM in South East of China, electronic degreasing, PVC viscosity reducer, paints & coating, marine dispersant, and Al rolling oil;
• To support distributors to develop niche market by joint-visits, technical seminar, etc..
• To conduct regular technical and commercial training for distributors
• To provide technical support to customers
• To improve business sales turnover and profitability
• To collect marketing info for key competitors
• To gather about business info for technical trends, application and marketing

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Oil Engineering or Chemical
• Minimum 3 years of Sales and Marketing experience esp on solvent bsuiness
• Good speaking and writing in English
• Good communication skill
• Good computer skills and internet application
