To provide technical service (before and after sales) to PCR customers in China.
Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility
Regular visits/contacts to customer for technical issue.
Implement various tests in application lab on request.
Keep well informed about powder coating technical developments, new application and new products.
Daily contact with account manager for technical support.
Investigate, document and resolve customer's technical complaints in a timely fashion.
Monitor competitor's technical moving.
Collect market and competition information.
Report fully, regularly and in the proper format according to the DSM China procedures and DSM Taipei standards.
Carry out any other instructions from senior management relating to DCR business. Projects or Special Assignments
As an active member of C-ICT Global Organisation you will participate in global service delivery projects. This includes integrating acquired companies within China and full roll-out of DSM Standards for current and future ERP environments and technical infrastructure.
Methods and tools to be used internally include COSS, Document Management, SAP Solution Manager, Magic, Prince 2, ITIL & GPMO Toolsets Qualifications & Attributes Educational level& Required knowledge:
University degree. Major in any one of the following disciplines: Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Chemistry
Good command of English Required level of experiences
At least 4 years working experience with Min. 2 years experience in Chemistry
Selling skills.
Communication skills.
