Responsibilities:
* Ensure the project success with right management methods in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Start-up/Handover within requested time and with pre-specified quality
* Direction and control (Schedule, cost, resources) of assigned project, lead the management team on the overall project in the all project stage.
* Ensure the project are working to the Company Procedures, project specifications, standards and any project specific addenda;
* Prepare and review Project Execute Plan and related other relevant Project document.
* Manage and coordinate the Project management team members to working together well for a success project, prepare and approve external or internal project report prior to release
* Keep good Coordination and Communication, good relation with Client members, contractors and relevant parties
* Be prepared to be engaged Leading relevant discipline, assist to comment and review procedures, specifications and standards with his own technical background
* Leading the technical audits and project review of the work of contractors; Regularly review contractor's performance of the contract task force; Ensure Project members are aware of their obligations under the Health and Safety Act;
* Reports to the Project Director and Owner.
* Prepare presentations of the project internally and externally
* Monitor the quality control / HSE/schedule process to meet different requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
* At least 5 years experience As Project Management on Project Management on the petrochemical /Oil /Chemical project, related PM experience in Construction Unit within local or international project; Cooperation between each disciplines
* Familiar with engineering deliverable at different stage of project, and depth requirement
* Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Good communication skills both in English
* Good organizational and analytical abilities
* Skilled in Engineering and project management software and related project management tools,
* Familiar with local and international Code and standard, regulation, and its implementation
* Familiar with government permission of the project
* Experience of leading project team execution a project. Experience with international projects or offshore Client is preferred
* Good responsibility, good teamwork spirit, remain active and positive
* Good written and spoken English, inter-commutation skill with different parties, different culture
* International trip working
