Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and support to after-sales Application Chemist in
- Focus on Ultra Performance liquid chromatography (UPLC), high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), mass spectrometry (MS) technology
- Provide second and their level after-sales application support to field chemists and assist them in formulating account engagement plans
- Support customer education business through the consolidation of training materials
- Generate service revenue for the territories assigned
- Maintain good job efficiency by constantly reviewing the time utilization of own activities
Important Requirements
- (Strongly preferred) At least 3 years of experience in LC and MS application
- (Strongly preferred) Master Degree or PhD with major in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry or other Science disciplines
- Willing to travel to other Asia Pacific countries (e.g.
- Excellent customer service, good team player and possess leadership potential
- Able to understand, write and speak Chinese and English

- Possesses good analytical and problem solving ability
- Proactive and responsible attitude to customer’s service needs
- Must be able to organize activities and work on multiple projects
- Able to travel within short notice.
