DEPARTMENT  :  Marketing
REPORT TO :  General Manager - Marketing
LOCATION             :  Shanghai Job Responsibilities: · Responsible for clinical strategy design, development and implementation in oncology field and other clinical area (could be assigned)
· To build up rapport with professional associations and key luminaries by providing latest updates on oncogenic disease /clinical pathway management & working on strategic clinical projects/collaborations.  Being a leader of care area based strategic marketing initiatives in related clinical fields.
· To localize and promote global solution “stories” internally and externally.
· To identify customers’ unmet needs, the trend of oncology market, and find out new sales/marketing tools and business opportunities to support growth.
· To pro-actively work with other functions to shape the market and drive growth. Job Requirements: · 8 years pharmaceutical marketing, sales or medical experience in related industry
· Strong market sensitivity and strategic thinking
· Self-motivated and team work
· Excellent leadership, communication, co-ordination & team-building skills
· MBA Graduate with healthcare background is preferred but not necessary
