Job Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
To provide quality secretarial, administrative support to the Relations Management Departments so as to ensure effective communication flow and coordination of all department activities. Act as the part time secretary to the Managing Director of AP when he is in
1. Internal Communications --Administration
l Provide an efficient secretarial support to the RM Dept. and MD, ensuring that appointments are noted, work is completed within required deadlines, and documents easily retrieved. Control stationery level for the RM department
l Schedule appointments and ensure they are properly coordinated, assist in organizing university training and education program including logistics arrangement, etc.
l Arrange flights, hotel booking for MD of AP, AP visitors and RM
2. External Communication
l Liaise and communicate with local universities and standard organizations, including: drafting official letters to government officials to make appointments for MD; organizing university training and education program including logistics arrangement; arranging contracts and payment transfer in due course for all universities cooperation and standardization related programs; etc.
3. Project Management
l Assist in regularly review the progress of university cooperation projects and preparing reports
l Assist in tracking national IC industry policies and standardization progress from website, newspapers and external resources. Prepare reports, data, charts and accurate policy translation.
4. Other Task
l Assist in establishing and maintaining RM related database
l Other tasks assigned
Job Qualification:
1. Bachelor Degree or above
2. Strong interpersonal communications skills and detailed orientation.
3. Good team work play with strong sense of responsibility.
4. Responsive, initiative, proactive, self-motivator with excellent service attitude.
5. Excellent written, oral English and Mandarin,
6. Good computer skills in Microsoft office, Power Point and Outlook email application.
Interns who are exceptional in RM and prove to be an asset to the company may be offered the opportunity for a full-time position upon completion of his/her 1-year internship.
