• Review, design and rollout Delegated Authority Parameters across Agency and Bancassurance to influence sales behaviors to achieve company sales targets with minimal risks
• Provide business and financial modeling support to ensure business cases are able to withstand stakeholder challenge
• Ensure smooth transition and compliance to new regulatory requirements across different sales channels
• Establish governance structure across all branches
• Conduct distribution channel audits
• Provide Business Analysis support and write Business Requirement Specification reports for DAP requirements so as to bridge the gap between system support and business needs
• Investigate compliance issues and complaints to the National Office and make equitable recommendations to stakeholders

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Support and review the implementation of the Regional Agency Blueprint and the Regional Bancassurance Blueprint and ensure alignment of it best practices in China
• Provide technical distribution expertise to local distribution projects, initiatives and other change programs
• Ensure Agency and Bancassurance Channel can live within variable expense loadings and delegated authority
• Facilitate and coordinate open sharing of best practices across branches
• Support and coordinate Delegated Authority Parameter reviews
• Identify issues and risks and recommend appropriate mitigation/management strategies
• Ensure alignment to regulatory requirements for distribution channels
• Participate LDMC as a core member and assist CDO head in review and getting approval of selected distribution strategies from RDMC

EXPERIENCE  & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 8 years experience in life distribution management (specifically agency and bancassurance)
• Experiences of agency and bancassurance management in China market with good knowledge of insurance products and agency remuneration models and agency management blueprints
• Shown ability to manage major change processes successfully
• Good business acumen and analytical skillset
• Ability to grasps concepts and strong process minded
• Exposure to mature markets and regulatory practices
• Tertiary education
