职位描述/要求：
HW Engineer Job Description for Litepoint Shanghai Office
Responsibilities:
- Be part of a team working on WiFi、 WiMax test solutions based around LitePoint’s existing IQ family of Wireless test equipment
- Characterize、 analyze and debug test systems
- Setup 、Maintain and optimize tester platform and calibration platform in lab.
- Dianostic、 Repair、 Calibrate、 maintain and upgrade wireless test equipment. Prepare service report and test report;
- Take part in the development of add-on hardware as part of the test solution
- Answer customer technical inquiries and perform technical support include clarification、 demonstration and training for our customer
Qualifications：
- Major in Electromagnetic and microwaves or communication technology、 Master degree or Bachelor with more than 2 years working experience.
- Rich RF measurement experience (important)
- Familiar with microwaves theory and communication systems. Good experience in communication RF circuit design. Experience in WLAN will be a plus.
- Familiar with CAD design tools for hardware development
- Ability to work in English-speaking work environment
- Good learning ability and Customer oriented
- Willing to take initiative and Perseverance
工作职责 :
－在本公司现有的IQ系列Wifi&Wimax测试设备基础上从事有关WiFi、 WiMax测试领域的协同工作 ；
－分析、调试并建立、维护和优化测试与校验系统 ；
－诊断、维修、校准、维护和升级测试设备、完成服务报告和测试报告、参与测试系统相关硬件的开发 ；
－解答客户的技术咨询、对客户进行技术支持、包括故障分析、示范演示与培训等；
职位要求：
1、电磁场、微波或通信专业、应届研究生或本科2年以上工作经验。
2、丰富的射频量测经验
3、对微波理论及通信系统有深刻理解、有丰富的射频电路设计经验、有WLAN相关开发经验者优先。
4、熟悉硬件开发的CAD工具。
5、适应英文工作环境、 有团队精神。
6、良好的学习能力与客户服务意识。
7、良好的工作主动性与敬业精神。
