• Co-ordinate all renovation and maintenance work for office, warehouse, repair centre and shop.
• Source for furniture, obtain quotation and arrange for purchase
• Maintain the security systems for the office, warehouse and shops; monitor and evaluate the service of the vendor
• Co-ordinate carpet cleaning and  pest control
• Co-ordinate all insurance claims pertaining to company’s property
• Assist in preparing budget, project invoicing and costing analysis; co-ordinate with Accounting Department for any invoice and payment follow up
• Any other duties as may assign from time to time
