System Consulting Manager will responsible for the presales work for the region, he or she will organize the Systems Consultant to provide technical support to customers and business partners in all the area of Quest Solution, and provide the direct support on Oracle and other Database (DB2,SQL Server, Sybase) at the same time. In particular, the System Consulting Manager’s key mission is to work with sales team to achieve the region revenue target.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Assist Branch Manager with sales account build up and service strategies.
• Manages team resources, as needed, on an account or project basis.
• Provides first line supervision of day-to-day activities for teams of 2-6 Systems Consultants.

Qualifications:

• Computer Science degree or appropriate technical qualification
• 5 - 8 years of relevant technical experience
• Solid Oracle skills with strong presales experiences
• Demonstrated ability to successfully execute procurement activities: RFP responses, trial execution and installation
• Extensive skills and experiences with Oracle RDBMS and applications
• Excellent presentation, business, analytical, problem solving skills, with proven sales and marketing capabilities.
• Good knowledge with various Unix and Windows OS, DB2 or Sybase or SQL Server knowledge an advantage
• Must have energy, drive, commitment & passion.
• Previous experiences in managing a small technical team strongly preferred.
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
