职位描述/要求：
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities,
-Perform antenna design task, including simulation, prototype evaluation and product qualification test.
-Follow the ISO process, the PLC process and Passion for Quality in product development.
-Document designs follow company standards
-May be required to develop some tools and procedures for assigned projects
-Participate in production support for assigned projects.
-Participate in cost reduction activities in assigned projects
-Participate in and support globe antenna design activities
-Provide technical support to sourcing and purchasing in communication with vendors
Requirements,
-Bachelor or Master Degree in RF design or related filed
-Experience in antenna or relative RF component design
-Over 3 years of base station antenna design experience or other related RF designing experience
-Understand RF design theory and practical rule
-Familiar with RF design simulation tools, such as HFSS, Ansoft designer, CST.
-Able to run test equipment to perform RF test on antenna and other RF components
-Knowledge in antenna test
-Have base knowledge of 3D mechanical modeling on RF components
-Basic knowledge of 2d drawing
-Understand BOM structure and able to document designs
-Able to communicate in English in technical field
-Basic knowledge of project management
