· Monitor the product quality performance and take leadership for quality problem solving / corrective & preventive action developed and implemented in quality aspects;
· Make sure production quality inspection is effective;
· Make sure quality continuous improvement activity implemented effectively;
· Synthesize customer feedback into both process changes and product development cycles working with engineering to impact current and future products. Requirements 要求: · Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or relative field;
· 3+ years quality engineering or related working experience in an international company;
· Self-discipline, self-starter, ability to work in cross-functional team environment.
· Strong communication and coordination skills;
· Good command of spoken and written English skills;
· Good skills in using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc.
