-To teach beginner and intermediate level English skills to company staff with basic or no previous English ability.
-To source and develop suitable training material.
-To assist the Training Manager and Training Officer in administration and other duties.
-To ensure that all training equipment and facilities are in good condition and available for use.
-To record and monitor all training schedules, classes and staff attendance; maintain training database in customized computer system and produce reports for management.
-To receive and process feedback or recommended changes to training materials, and continually improve or update training materials or programs. 
-To observe and report on progress and discrepancies in training.
-To maintain training standardization by adhering to training processes and procedures and other direction set by management.
-To bring to the Training Manager's attention any training matter which clearly is against the interest of any venue or/and the company as a whole.
-To provide weekly progress reports.     Minimum Requirements:
-A passion for teaching and a drive for results.
-Project management and problem-solving skills. 
-Strong demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills.
-Strong demonstrated written and verbal communications skills in both Chinese and English.
-Minimum 2-year degree or equivalent teaching experience.
-Self-motivated, able to learn and work independently - as well as in team/group environments.
-Desire to facilitate development of others.
