Our client a reputable UK law firm is looking for a capital market associate to join its Beijing office.
Job Requirements:

Hong Kong bar is a must.

At least 2 years post-qualification experience in capital markets and securities.

Previous M&A experience is not necessary.

Hands-on transactional experience.

An excellent command of both oral and written English and Chinese.
